The new one they put on Hartnell and Shasta View in Redding has the worst customer service thru the whole store. I could not get one person ( most of them talking amongst themselves) to acknowledge me after 20- 25 minutes my cousin and I bought our drinks and left. I thought I should have been at least treated when leaving if not when coming in or when trying to talk to some one!!!!
I often stop at Holiday to get a sandwich and have never had a complaint until now. The guy making my sandwich wrap two days ago had an argument about everything. He argued with the customer ahead of me. I didn't think she was being unreasonable. When it was my turn, he looked up at me like he was getting ready for an argument. I asked for extra lettuce; he said, "I already put lettuce." I said, "I see that, but could I have an extra leaf?" He rolled his eyes and added lettuce.
