You cannot get a better location than this hotel. The rooms have balconies, the view is great, and it’s right on the beach. The breakfast is really good and so is the coffee.

This was my 2nd time at this location, and as someone who lived in Pensacola for a decade, this place was not welcoming. Arrived at 5PM, just to be told the room still wasn't available. Was basically instructed to sit in the car and wait after traveling 12 hours. The room we did finally receive wasn't on the top floors, as requested. The room was also severely out of date and honestly overpriced. Highlights: the hotel does offer a stupendous view, and you are allowed guests. As an IHG member however, I did expect more. The rooms are a standard hotel room with a balcony facing the beach. Amazing view and access to the beach. I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. The breakfast is delicious and they change things every day for a bit of variety. For the price it’s definitely worth it. The only negative was that the room got very hot at night even when we tried to fix the air conditioning. Overall a great experience with good food, easy beach access, and nice rooms.
