Absolutely the worst car rental company out there. I wanted to change my arrival time from 5pm to 1pm. I emailed them before the 48 hour no change window before my pickup. I was told by holidaycars.com that I would have to contact the car rental place at the airport directly. I did that and they told me to contact holidaycars.com, which I did, but they did not respond. Rented a 15 passenger Ford van for our daughter’s birthday. Service was excellent and the van was in great. The van was clean and in great condition. We will definitely use Holiday Car and Truck again!
HolidayCars are a third party company. When we got to Ireland - the company was Budget and we had to pay extra fees in excess of 300 pounds over and above what we had already paid HolidayCars. And they had not told us what documents we needed to rent a car if you were over 69. Budget would not rent a car to my husband but luck enough we were able to rent a car which our daughter had to drive and since they didn't have a vehicle large enough for 6 of us... she had to drive with me and her family in another car.
