The massage started well, but partway through it felt like the therapist lost interest, especially as the noise from the next room became increasingly loud. A therapist and client next door were talking continuously, which completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. It seemed like the distraction affected the quality of my session, and the treatment no longer felt focused or attentive. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and did not feel worth the money.

The experience was okay, but not great. The massage itself was fine; however, the session ended earlier than expected. The therapist mumbled something like “all done” and left the room very quickly before I had the chance to ask if she could wipe or wash off the oil, which Is standard practice. After waiting a moment, it became clear she wasn’t coming back, even though there was still time remaining. To top off the experience, there was no one at reception to speak to afterward? I booked the ‘Deluxe Vichy Package’ at Holiday Calm expecting a polished, relaxing experience.
