The residents are very kind and it’s very clean! The management is organized especially while helping the residents, It’s a beautiful place to live and the service is great.
Many many years ago, I would visit a resident friend. The experience was nice. Well, yesterday, I visited a few people that live there now! WOW, the whole place looks great, very inviting....residents chatting and looking very content! I can't imagine anything that could be added, that would make the resident's living, any better! And, seeing the staff dancing silly, the Director engaging with residents, was so great!
This is the second week in a row that your worker jody smells and smells like a cigarette. I have asthma and it makes me nauseous. Please fire this jody that you got working for you please!!!!!
Holiday at Atrium has now become Provincial (new management). It’s pretty much the same but mom said food is sometimes good and time to time not as good (ex. single hotdog or a single slice of pizza with small amount of potato chips or a small salad. Also for one month and still continuing mom said meals are now served in paper cups and paper plates, that feels like a lot of waste to throw out everyday.
