I cannot recommend Sylvie highly enough! she is an extremely talented Reflexologist, coupled with an insightful and spiritual approach, I have found the Reflexology sessions hugely powerful and helpful. Attended Sylvie’s Alexander Technique workshop this week, it was an eye opener, the group was very open and we had a few laughs, which was not what I was expecting at all. I have suffered with Chronic back pain since adolescence and what Sylive achieved with a few minutes of treatment far exceeded any other treatment I have had, and I have had a lot. You have to try it to believe it, the effect was just totally wired and completely pain free. I look forward to learning a lot more about the Alexander Technique.
I attended a workshop on the Alexander Technique over the weekend. The workshop was very informative and interactive. Would thoroughly recommend if the AT interests you.
