I put my wife in there 4 mths ago. I had looked at 5 different places. It’s not perfect but no place is. In these places you need to be your own advocate. These places are always short of staff. Lots of turn over. Food is ok you’re not in a 5 star restaurant. It’s kept clean and they do a good job of helping the residents.

Well…. The residents are the very best. The working staff in every department are wonderful. They genuinely care and love what they do for others. Management is amazing. Understanding, patient and kind ! I love my job and what I do for the ones that live at HOLI senior living ! I absolutely love the whole entire team ! UPDATE: The person who replied and requested I contact them by email never responded to me. Their Regional Director has been CC'ed on numerous emails to the facility director, and refuses to respond. I'm still waiting for answers to questions I asked before my mama moved in on Sept. 19. The exec. director, Tami Alexander, insists she's answered them all. She has not.
