It’s the worst place manger management is bad. They like to play favorites. And they don’t care about their residents.
This is such a good place for families that need a higher level of care in both assisted living and memory care. Although it's not your traditional community, Holi has proven that it can offer a better level of care than what most communities are accustomed to. Both the caregiving and management staff really go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of the residents. I would highly recommend this place
My dad lived here for approximately three years. The staff was excellent! Very loving and attentive to my father. I would highly recommend!
I have been battling to get decent food at this place we have resident council Townhall meetings, the residents are constantly complaining, and asking that they fix our menus our food situation and our lack of staff. There’s always a lot of talk of how this is being done and yet it remains the same. I intend to leave Holi asap but grieve for residents who cannot leave. The food here is actually very good. They have a 5 star chef on site and it’s really better than a lot of other senior facilities that I have overviewed.
