Well…. The residents are the very best. The working staff in every department are wonderful. They genuinely care and love what they do for others. Management is amazing. Understanding, patient and kind ! I love my job and what I do for the ones that live at HOLI senior living ! I absolutely love the whole entire team ! UPDATE: The person who replied and requested I contact them by email never responded to me. Their Regional Director has been CC'ed on numerous emails to the facility director, and refuses to respond. I'm still waiting for answers to questions I asked before my mama moved in on Sept. 19. The exec. director, Tami Alexander, insists she's answered them all. She has not. She got so tired of me calling her cell phone for things she said were not related to my mom, that she reported me for Telephonic Harassment. She then had the a... read more
i just recently got let go by holi not for any bad reasons just was late to doing my own fingerprint scanning, and as a person that’s worked here and seen everything around this place i’d just like to warn any new comers and anyone wanting to possibly move their family in here that i would highly suggest NOT to, this place is very very unprofessional very very unsanitary and unclean, the managers and management in general is terrible. i submitted 2 grievance forms towards a med tech for publicly being racist towards me infro... read more
They didn't give a crap about the people that pay thousands to live there. Suspicious injuries with no answers and non responsive. Stay away!
I'm still waiting for answers to questions I asked before my mama moved in on Sept. 19. The exec. director, Tami Alexander, insists she's answered them all. She has not. She got so tired of me calling her cell phone for things she said were not related to my mom, that she reported me for Telephonic Harassment.
