This facility is experiencing serious decline going down the hell. The quality of food is horrible and so call "Executive Director's" leadership has become a major concern!!!This Executive Director does not respond to phone calls or emails and repeatedly fails to follow through on commitments. She has made numerous promises to the resident council, assuring residents that necessary items and services are available. I put my wife in there 4 mths ago. I had looked at 5 different places. It’s not perfect but no place is. In these places you need to be your own advocate. These places are always short of staff. Lots of turn over. Food is ok you’re not in a 5 star restaurant. It’s kept clean and they do a good job of helping the residents.

Well…. The residents are the very best. The working staff in every department are wonderful. They genuinely care and love what they do for others. Management is amazing. Understanding, patient and kind ! I love my job and what I do for the ones that live at HOLI senior living ! I absolutely love the whole entire team !
