I’ve snowboarded for 10 years and never have I met someone as knowledgeable as Cody. I was truly amazed at the magic he worked with fixing my boots and stance. As well as just everything he knows about snowboards. I have NO MORE FOOT PAIN. I thought my foot pain was normal and was just something I would have to live with forever! Justin was super helpful for my beginner snowboard noob problems! He knew exactly how to fix my issue and readjusted both my bindings personally and without charge- what a nice dude who went the extra mile. Give that man a raise!
Broke the speed place system in my Burton boots came into hole in the wall and Sam P got me fixed up and riding powder in no time !! 5 stars great customer service will be back !!
I went here because I was getting heel lift in some boots i had bought somewhere else. It turns out they were too big for me. The shop put in some pads to help with the heel lift. However, after putting in the pads, I decided to just buy smaller boots. Since I already purchased the pads for the boots that I wasn’t going to use anymore, they discounted the new boots for me. Great customer service and friendly staff.
