Justin was super helpful for my beginner snowboard noob problems! He knew exactly how to fix my issue and readjusted both my bindings personally and without charge- what a nice dude who went the extra mile. Give that man a raise!
Broke the speed place system in my Burton boots came into hole in the wall and Sam P got me fixed up and riding powder in no time !! 5 stars great customer service will be back !!
I went here because I was getting heel lift in some boots i had bought somewhere else. It turns out they were too big for me. The shop put in some pads to help with the heel lift. However, after putting in the pads, I decided to just buy smaller boots. Since I already purchased the pads for the boots that I wasn’t going to use anymore, they discounted the new boots for me. Great customer service and friendly staff.
Terrible staff. Today I’ve been waiting in the checkout line forever. The staff kept bringing in random people and cut my line. I couldn’t think of any reason maybe my face doesn’t look “local” enough to you guys?? So other people deserves a priority?
