After touring some awful facilities, I found Holden Rehab and Skilled Nursing and it was beautiful. As soon as you walk in it’s bright, clean and smells good. They had a suite available for my mother’s hospice care and it was an immediate yes. Spotless, big, quiet, with windows, a TV, a stand up closet, and a big bathroom. MOST of the staff was amazing. I recently spent two weeks in rehabilitation. The nurses were fantastic! I had one aide most of the time named Sharika. She was such a blessing! She took such good care of me. Without her I would have been miserable I would like to thank all of the staff at Holden Rehab for making my stay a pleasant experience. Thank you to the physical therapy staff for helping me get strong enough to go home❤️

On April 7 of this year I was admitted into Holden Rehabilition after breaking my leg and having surgery. I spent about 35 days there. I could not have had better care anywhere else I know of. EVERYONE including Administration, Nursing, CNA's and anyone else I may have missed could not have been more attentive with me. Sherika was my primary aide and without her I don't now how I would have gotten as far as I did. I can honestly say that I highly recommend Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. I have been going here for well over 6 years! First for my Mom who passed in 2018; she went in for rehabilitation after breaking her leg in a fall and after she was discharged home decided she didn't want to live alone anymore. She called me up and asked me if I could get her back in. She loved it there! She loved the staff and all the activities. My grandmother was sent here to rehab after a fall resulting in fracture and was there several weeks January-February 2023. Our family was concerned based on some of the negative reviews we read, but we had a wonderful experience at Holden Rehab. The facilities were clean and did not smell. She had a private room. When my grandmother needed assistance in the restroom I was able to get a CNA to help her right away. My grandmother said the staff treated her well.
