I am extremely disappointed in my experience dealing with Victor Lembo as my father's lawyer during the distribution of my grandparent's trust. After multiple years of unnecessary delays, I still have not received my rightful distribution. Update: the trustee is currently in court due to victor allowing him to steal the grandchildren’s inheritance. Do not trust this man if you want your hard earned money to be distributed as planned. Do not work with Victor Lembo unless you are looking for an unethical lawyer who is willing to do anything for a paycheck. I have personally watch Victor Lembo spit on my grandfather in law trust fund and it’s absolutely disgusting. I was referred to Sims & Campbell by the accountant I hired when we moved my mother from Texas to Maryland and into memory care. I needed advice to minimize estate taxes potentially due to Maryland as the result of her change in residence.
