I loved Holden accounting in the past, but recently they’re impossible to get a hold of. On the rare occasion that I do get a response, I’m told that they’ll get back to me the next day and I won’t hear back from anyone for months. I’ve reached out via email, Facebook messenger, through their taxdome app, and get nothing back. As a business owner, this is extremely frustrating. I decided that my taxes were going to be a little more complicated so I hired Holden Acct to prepare my taxes. I had to continue to call for updates, taxes submitted and rejected by IRS because my Health coverage was not submitted correctly. They tried again. Now I have received a refund check and I have to call and ask why. Hoping this tax year will end. Maybe I should give myself more credit and do my own next year.

Miss Holden is my tax preparer for life now. She has taken soo much stress and anxiety off my plate every tax season. Why pay the same amount on TurboTax doing your own taxes risking mistakes when you can have her do them and not have to worry about anything? No brainer! She does in person, remote, document pick up, whatever your situation she will make it work! Please give her opportunity to earn your business, you won't regret it!
