After trying several automotive mechanics and companies over the years, I am so grateful to trust Holdaway Auto. I no longer feel ripped off or worried about whether or not my repairs will hold. Not only are they dependable, professional and affordable but their customer service is fantastic. They really care about their customers, are willing to Answer questions and I always leave feeling safer on the road than when I arrived. What else could I ask for? Thank you Holdaway team!
The telephone customer service skills at this business needs some improvement. The worker that answered my call sounded annoyed and overworked. The pitch, tone and manner I was treated with made me feel like I was a nuisance. After I asked my question he answered really fast and hung up the phone in my ear. I was interested in becoming a new customer but with the 2 week backlog for appointments and the rushed and rude customer service this bad first impression was a deal breaker.
Taylor and everyone at Holdaway Automotive are great and I recommend them to anyone who asks!! They have been doing the maintenance and repairs on my vehicles for over 5 years. Their pricing is always very fair and affordable, which is hard to find these days, especially for the quality of work they deliver.
