Customer service is not this office's strong suit. I scheduled an 11am appointment and explained my needs when I called. I arrived a few minutes early and was told the attorney was wrapping up with another client — fine. That client left at 11:03. I hired Rick but he might as well have worked for my husband. My husband agreed to a set amount on spousal support (no coercion, his decision) and Rick said I had to take less. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to women. Shame on YOU.
Mr. Hyde and Tylor are very kind hearted and seasoned attorneys. They treat their clients like family with empathy and knowledgeable advice. I would recommend them if you want to save your money , life and future and you don't want to get robbed by lawyers firms. He was very helpful and kind. Whenever I texted him I surely got a reply and he explained everything to me even if I asked multiple times. They stand with their clients instead telling them “they are out of office”.
