Just awful, terrible attorney and terrible person. He will take your case and then drop you after he has extracted as much money as he thinks he can from you.

I worked with Don on a difficult civil matter. I met with Don himself and he stated that I could get my property or some sort of settlement. We agree to move forward and as expected it was a tough case. Don kept me apprised of any and all legal rebuttals and we moved forward accordingly. Don even coached me to NOT proceed in a certain direction due to legal complications as a result of my short sightedness. I was advised to contact Mr. Holben in regards to a civil case. As a person who is hearing impaired and disabled Mr. Holben was very rude, and unprofessional. He did not want to listen to my issues and or concerns regarding a civil matter. As a person of color and disabled I am being discriminated against 2 state agencies that are supposed to help the Disabled. Mr. Holben said to me that "there is nothing he can do for me."
