I stopped my the The Virginia Tech bookstore in Blacksburg to get a phone charger as I am on foot right now (lent my car to my daughter who is a new VCU student in Richmond). I had to request help to access the chargers and the associates assisted me with picking out the charger they thought I needed. The first time I walked out of the store, I opened the charger cord ($19.99) and wall receptacle ($19.99). I realized they sold me USB-C instead of lightning after opening the boxes, we... read more
The staff is so helpful! My books somehow got lost in the ordering process and Leslie Morgan was SO helpful and went out of her way to get me my books in time for class!
Called to get an update on a computer order. Everyone in the store showed a sense of urgency and great customer service. Even though they couldn’t resolve my issue, they went above and beyond to communicate the problem and potential solutions. Great customer service. Thanks.
