Truly I only give this review 5 stars because of Jake and Ana. Jake was truly the sweetest, genuine, and most helpful employee of all the employees I encountered. He was also beyond knowledgable with the shoes so I purchased a completely different shoe than I imagined and it was the BEST recommendation. I came back after a bad experience and it was night and day . The best experience shoe shopping ever ! I cannot remember the guys name for the life of me, but he was so amazing and made the greatest recommendation for arahi based on my concerns and now I’m on my second pair just because . Honestly, kinda awful service!
I’m Hispanic, and after reading another review, I honestly felt the same way. During my visit, I also felt like they didn’t really pay much attention to us and the difference in customer service was noticeable. Reading someone else describe a similar experience made me feel validated because I thought maybe it was just me at first. I had money ready to spend for Mother’s Day and ended up buying my mom a pair of the Bondi 9s, so it was disappointing to still feel overlooked while shopping. The shoes are great though. They were even handy on a recent trip, keeping me cool and dry despite the searing humidity. Not only were the staff helpful, they ensured that I left with the right shirt size and color.
