I was greeted with a smile by Mario. He explained each of the 5 shoes I asked about in great detail including construction of the frame, composition of the sole, and how each of the shoes would support my feet and how each would behave in context of the way I use them. He knows exactly how many colors each shoe is available in, and also the name of every color. His expertise helped me to select the correct shoe. In addition, his courtesy and enthusiasm made me confident that everything he told me is true.
I would not shop at this store. I told them I needed extra wide shoe and they had me stand on their computer thing. The insisted I need wide. I bought them. 1 week later I tried to return them and they convinced me to wear them longer. I tried but eventually I gave up and called the company. I was told I was just past the 30 day warranty. I was stuck with $170 shoes I can't wear. I will never trust this store again. You made your sale but lost a customer.

La zapatería tiene una muy buena presentación y se ve bastante lujosa, lo cual combina con la zona en la que está ubicada, ya que es un área muy transitada. I went to look for shoes but I was not been assisted and the woman who's there doesn't seem to be interested to help me at all if I'm not mistaken her name is Anna and she said she's one of the managers there she did not even showed me any shoes and said that they don't have a lot of stocks she did not even check my shoe size or even offered to assist.
