Nice shoes, but not-so-great service. One staff member was helpful, but the staff member at the cashier was very curt and abrupt. She spoke in a rather dismissive manner and walked away immediately after taking my payment, which left an unpleasant impression. Overall, the experience left me with quite a negative impression of the brand, especially compared with other competing brands, and made me less inclined to spend money on this brand in the future.
These shoes are awful. Poor craftsmanship from top to bottom. Wore my soles down in 3 months and HOKA refused my warranty claim. I’ve had $20 Walmart sneakers that lasted longer. Save your money, your feet, and the headache of dealing with this overpriced garbage and their pompous employees.
