I recently visited this store and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. When I walked in, the two white female employees briefly greeted me but then continued talking to each other instead of helping customers. After I sat down on the sofa, a black male employee, Jared, was the only person who approached me, asked what I was looking for, and actually helped me. This is a brand review… not regarding the store in Boston. Purchased my first pair within 4 months the tread was falling apart.. met two other women at a 5 K with the same shoes and same issue!! On my second tube of crazy glue I said this ain’t right let me call customer service. After sending in multiple pictures and talking to customer service several times and being on hold for 45 minutes they finally agreed that it was a warranty defect. This store is amazing!!! I loved the staff at the prudential center and I’m Soo excited they got a bigger store!!! They hooked me up with my lilac bondi 9
The staff were incredibly helpful: they spent about 45 minutes with me, guiding me through everything in detail. Thanks to their support, I ended up purchasing the Bondi 9.
