Jasmine was amazing she was very helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend her!!
Experience was horrible. I came here on Saturday to buy sneakers and the woman at the register asked for every other customers ahead of us for their name except ours. It was my first Hoka experience and I wouldn’t spend 200 on sneakers for poor customer service again.

Good store, good service, but not from the checkout female employee. I was stressed and annoyed that I was in a huge rush and was pushed into filling out a “good service” form. I had booked it there to get my husband shoes (since his had gotten wet and he’s incredibly swamped at work) before running to catch a flight.
