Disappointing experience. The male staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He clearly needs better training on how to treat customers.

Jaydon helped me from start to finish. I came in today with excruciating pain from my plantar fasciitis ailment. I was limping down the steps when I must have caught his attention. He immediately approached and inquired about any way he might be able to assist. As a new customer I had little knowledge of the different benefits to your models and he took the time to walk me through each an every one. I came here looking for shoes that would fit my specific needs, and unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. I initially asked one staff member a question, and they directed me to another sales associate and then repeated my question to that person, only for her to ask what I was looking for, so I had to explain the same thing again. I had the worst customer service experience here. My payment issue was never properly resolved. Communication with the staff was inefficient and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I ultimately had no choice but to leave without having my problem resolved. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Or go to the HOKA store in FLATIRON instead.
