I bought a pair of HOKA shoes specifically to help with standing for long hours at work, I expected a brand with this reputation to stand behind its product. When I returned the shoes, they were in mint condition. HOKA's response? A return declined because the shoe box had some damage — not the shoes themselves, the box. I emailed back the customer service manager and even offered to have the value of the damaged box deducted from my refund so we could resolve this fairly. Their reply? Silence.
