My HOKA shoes which I bought in-store fell apart after 7 months.The store said I would have to follow up online for replacement or refund as HOKA store only covers a 6 month warranty. I’ve only received an automated reply online. Worst shoe experience ever!
The quality is deteriorating significantly, my pair split across the base after a year with normal wear and tear. My advice is keep your receipt, i know its a pain keeping receipt for a pair pf shoes but lets hope you dont need it.
On March 9, I visited this store and found a pair of sneakers I really liked, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock. A lady at the store was very friendly and professional—she immediately helped me place an order from their Melbourne store and arranged for it to be shipped. I ordered a pair of Clifton 10 online in a size 14 which i couldn't source locally. They were despatched from Bondi Junction within hours and i received them here in Adelaide at lunchtime the next day. Super impressed and the shoes are amazing. Thanks for the great service
