He's a very unethical lawyer. While my father was passing and I stepped in as his executor I found a few discrepancies in his file. Turns out Allen has been and was still trying to lie and manipulate my doing father to get as much money out of him as possible! He has very little conscience. I highly recommend finding a more ethical lawyer in Winnipeg. There's lots.

I will start this review off by stating - my experience with Alain Hogue was not with him as a lawyer, but as a person. And he is a HORRIBLE person. He rear-ended me at a stop sign. Literally, I was stopped and he drove into my brand new car. When I get out with my info, he proceeds to tell me “there’s no damage, so no point in exchanging info”.
