I had x2 items of furniture delivered today from the stores clearance range. I had been unable to view these items in person as I live in England but I was assured by Hoggs that these Items would be package well for transit and they suggested a furniture courier company to use as the store didn't deliver to my area. I have been very impressed with the whole service, staff have been very helpful and I am thrilled with my new furniture.

Waited 8 weeks for a mattress! We had just moved and were sleeping on an air mattress. My partner has chronic back issues too, and we explained all of this to the salesman. We were clearly in need of a new mattress as soon as possible. We were told it would take 4 weeks (which was only mentioned after we paid), but after 6 weeks we heard nothing and had to chase it up ourselves. Not very inviting. Only 1/3 of the lights were on when arrived mid morning so you could hardly see where you were going
