I am giving a one star. They were really nice and loaded fast. The reason for one star is because they broke my daughter's TV. He told my husband to send him what the TV was and size. I sent text, called and emailed for weeks and the months to no one calling back or responding. I understand accidents happen but to not replace her TV and just ignore all emails, calls and text is unacceptable and poor business. Tim Nash came out to give me a quote on a move. He looked everything over and promised a quote in "a few days." Never heard back. He didn't respond to emails. The phone is never answered, it just goes to voice mail. He left me in the lurch. Find a reliable company if you need to move.
Great service, really appreciated the accommodations made by the owner. Overall a good experience.
