James is wonderful! He has helped me set up an S-Corp, helped with my taxes, and answered all of my questions. He is great and so knowledgeable. James is also very responsive. I will continue to use him as my CPA!

I am writing this review because I just received a letter from the IRS this past week regarding my 2016 taxes that he prepared. James did my taxes for a couple years before and during my move to California. Over that time, I have had several small issues with his lack of attention to detail and impersonal approach to customer service. It has been frustrating and disappointing when you pay $450 for a service that HR Block could do equivalent or better. I fired him last year for these reasons.
