I was dealing with pain from a lower back injury for 3 years before being recommended Adam when I was 26 (10 years ago). He was able to release the tension in the muscles adjacent to the old injury and the pain subsided within 2 hours (never to return). I've since been back countless times to have him rectify general shoulder, wrist, neck and back issues. All were resolved. I can't recommend him enough.
Adam is very good at was he does I have no hesitation in recommending him.
