I had a great experience with Hofman's Furniture. Not only did Stephen pick up and deliver my table and chairs, but he did a fantastic job fixing the stains while refinishing my 20 year old dining table. Would use them again definitely!
I called to ask if they would refinish an antique piece of mine and the man who answered was very rude and refused the business. Not a way to manage a business. Don’t give this place your business.
Shop doesn't even want to pick up their phone.. I'll go somewhere else based on other negative reviews and the idiocy their customers were subjected to.
This guy is joke with customer service. I asked about repairing a kitchen chair and he flat out yelled at me! He blew up on me and said he'd never do a small job like that. A simple "sorry but I'm too busy" would've been sufficient. I never expected to be yelled at and talked down to the way he did that day. Unfortunately I have to leave one star because I'm not allowed to leave them all blank.
Refinished my coffee table. Excellent work. Recommend them highly
