NO TIME SPENT WITH THE ATTORNEY
WE CHOSE THIS LAW FIRM AS THEY ADVERTISED THAT THE FIRST CONSULTATION WAS FREE. WE NEEDED ADVICE ON ADDING A NAME TO A REAL ESTATE DEED,FILING THE DEED,TAX REPERCUSSIONS AND SO ON. WE NEVER DID GET TO SEE THE ATTORNEY THAT WE HAD MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH. INSTEAD WE WERE GIVEN TO A "JUNIOR" PARTNER, WHO SPENT APPROX. 1 MINUETE WITH US. HE IN TURN PUT US WITH THE PARALEGAL THAT ENDED UP DOING THE FILING OF THE DEED. HOWEVER, SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER OUR LEGAL QUESTIONS AS SHE WAS NOT A LAWYER. SO THE FREE "CONSULTATION" ACTUALLY LASTED 60 SECONDS WITH AN ATTORNEY AND NOT WITH THE ONE THAT WE HAD MADE THE APPOINT,MENT WITH. BUT THE FEE FOR SEEING THE PARALEGAL WAS $125.00 PLUS THE FEE'S FOR THE FILINGS OF THE DEED. WE FEEL AS THOUGH THEIR ADD IN THE YELLOW PAGES WAS MISLEADING AND WE WERE NOT GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO SPEAK WITH AN ATTORNEY. PROS: PARALEGAL GOT THE JOB DONE CONS: DO NOT GET TO TALK TO THE ATTORNEY THAT APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WITH

Mr. Tomsheck made it all so easy for me; I'm so happy I put my trust in him to get my ticket resolved! Very professional all around and even the front desk made me feel welcome. I will be recommending the Hofland and Tomsheck team to all of my friends and family.
