I interviewed 5 different estate planning attorneys and have been very happy that I engaged Kurt Hofgard's services. It is a great relief in life to have my affairs expertly in order.
I'm not sure what happened to Kurt Hofgard. He is a great job on my trust and will and was supposed to do some Quit Claim deeds but after a year never did them. When I emailed and called noone ever returned either. Very stange indeed! I don't know if my trust documents are safely stored by him. I don't know why he never returned my contacts.
Kurt was recommended to me by a friend. He so generously offered his expertise and opinions...and during a free consultation shared that what I had in place (my will) was all I needed at the moment. He didn't try to sell something on fear. After 30 minutes, I can say....knows his stuff and is an honest and gracious human. This review is my way of saying THANK YOU!
