I have not been to the movie theater in years. I see things have changed. I am one who still likes human interaction, so I was thrown off by not seeing folks behind the counter there to help. I needed to use my Veterans discount for the purchase of my ticket and I had to flag someone down to process this because it could not be done on those cute little monitors.
