HORRIBLE customer service! I've been stranded 100s of miles from home with a disabled debit card more than once. I've had numerous fees for things I had no control over, like other bank's errors. Their service hours are incredibly limited where you reach an actual person. I've had disappointment after disappointment and will not be staying with this bank. Look elsewhere for your banking needs!
