Today February 28, 2025 I drove to this bank after I called first and asked about the CD rate and who I talked to told me is 4.5 so being in the bank the banker I talked to over the phone asked me information to put it in her computer for my CD but she made a comment which I felt insulted when she asked me if I'm American citizen, yes I told her, I've been in this country for 40 years, and although I still have a little accent, I speak fluently and intelligently English and everybody understands me.
