Ordered and paid for robes in September with commitment to have them in October. No robes come November, December and no communication returned via email, phone or Facebook for months! Disputed the charge with our credit card company and got funds back. Company then emailed wanting to know why we disputed the charges. Asked if we still wanted robes. I said yes. It’s now the end of May... no robes. No response to my communication to them for months.... again.
