Great customer service!!
Worst car rental experience I have ever experienced in MY life and MY Family. The cars are totally over worn out auction cars that are actually the rentals without proper service. The office lady, Shannon is NEVER in the office to assist during Google hours. And, i mean Never. I went through at least 4 different rental cars and every car I complained about she to ME the customer to take the car over to Littles auto to get it serviced. I absolutely love this establishment my girl Shannon at the front is awesome I’ve been renting with them for about 6 months and everytime it’s nothing but excellent service ‘ for her to be a one woman show in there shoe does an outstanding job
