I came here to get a rental and SHANNON! The woman working upfront had the absolute NASTIEST attitude! From the time I came in the door, was extremely rude to the insurance company while verifying it yelling at them! She is highly unprofessional and needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY!! Or this company will be losing lots of money!

Worst car rental experience I have ever experienced in MY life and MY Family. The cars are totally over worn out auction cars that are actually the rentals without proper service. The office lady, Shannon is NEVER in the office to assist during Google hours. And, i mean Never. I went through at least 4 different rental cars and every car I complained about she to ME the customer to take the car over to Littles auto to get it serviced.
