Extremely difficult to get in touch with. Their website says to use their "contact us" option, but I've never had any messages responded to there. I've tried email and phone calls as well. Like others have said, you're on hold forever and it seems like someone is picking up and hanging up. I was having difficulty paying and asked for a lower monthly payment.
