I have been working with Hodgson CPA for a number of years now. The service over the years has deteriorated. Hodgson CPA appears to struggle finding good employees to manage the workload. Bob Hodgson him self is a poor communicator and most irresponsive to inquiries.
I own my own business and was wanting some help on budgeting, growth for my company and taxes. I sent an email that was provided on their website. I waited a day and no one called. I thought ok, maybe that part of the website isn't working well, so i didn't judge them. I called and let them know I sent an email from the one listed on the website, but no one responded.
