Karen and the team at Hocus Crocus did an outstanding job with the design and landscaping of our garden. She gave very clear guidance and ideas for the design (but also listened to our ideas), was very responsive and professional and we are super happy with the results. I would highly recommend.
Absolutely love this lady she did an amazing transformation on my garden I will be getting weekly visits to maintain my lawns always on time and value for money
Karen came around to give me a quote. She spend 10 minutes max with me. Told me what she felt I needed to do, and that was it. No further interest in what I wanted or my space. That is fine and I usually wouldn't even leave a review for that interaction. However, I emailed her after to confirm that I wasn't using her services and she emailed me back saying 'time waster.' I'm leaving this review because of this completely unnecessary interaction that honestly only solidified my decision not to use her.
Karen and Adam were absolutely marvelous. A quick speedy quote for a bit of garden tidying up before winter. They had a good price and great communication before the arranged date. Friendly and very speedy, they did a full sort out and the garden looks fantastic! Would use again for any other garden work. 10/10
Hocuscrocus was the only gardener to reply and give a quote for the work required, which was accepted and work done for the price quoted and paid for. However, i would advise that a written quote detailing work to be done is received before acceptance.
