Went in with my dad to get registration for my car. We delt with Annie Dosier she was so rude, very unprofessional and looked very upset to be at work. Everytime I tried to get her to explain why she could not help us she would interrupt me just to tell me she could not help us. She was questioning all our paperwork and being difficult, she insisted on calling the insurance implying that we did not have insurance and that it was expired. I'd like to send a heart-felt THANK YOU to Misty who assisted my son this afternoon with his vehicle registration transaction. For reasons that don't require elaboration, it's sometimes difficult for my son conduct certain transactions without assistance therefore I usually handle them. Unfortunately, I live out of state, so I unable to do so today. I called the Hockley County Tax Assessor's Office, and I was blessed to have Misty answer my call.
