Our family has had a great experience with Hockessin Kindercare. Our child has been enrolled since 6 month old. Every teacher has been pleasant and caring. While there the staff has changed, but the overall program has remained caring and engaged in the development of the children. I recommend this location to prospective families.
Switching from a school I did not feel comfortable leaving my child to this new school, kindercare, was the best decision I made. I noticed a huge behavior difference as well seeing my kids learning new things everyday. My favorite thing is seeing all the outside activities they do especially in the summer! “Forest Friday”‘by the creek. Where do I start! I absolutely love this facility, director and teachers. We are all a family and heather and the team are always ensuring the kids are growing, learning and eating very nutritious foods. Kelci, India, Rita celenes , all the teachers are just fantastic.
All three of my children (one in after and before school and two in full time care) are enrolled at KinderCare and we have overall had a great experience. No center is perfect but Heather, Kim, and the team have been attentive to my feedback when there have been issues or concerns. They also have been communicative with me when my children are sick, injured, or not behaving appropriately. We are so very happy with HKC! We had a bad experience at our previous daycare and needed to move quickly while also regaining some peace of mind. The staff were so welcoming and professional and kind. Our girls thrived right away! The director and regions director respond quickly, efficiently, and warmly to parents and treat the teachers as humans first. Even on the craziest days, the staff are all cool, calm, and collected. We highly recommend this center for engaged and meaningful care and education!
