Returned a used item easy enough however transaction was not recorded, and was told if this one doesn't work go through warranty. I was sold a new item that was used and cracked. Not a faulty item but leads to the question of accountability.
Great place for all your Restaurant/Kitchen needs. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need in stock, there's a pretty good chance one of their other warehouses probably does.
