Fred Hochsztein is the trustee of a trust I am a part of (Jolly was also a nominated trustee). Fred has not once shown me or other parties of the trust the trust documents, despite knowing our address. The trustee before Fred was one of his clients for years, and he was nominated successor of the trust after she passed. He’s at best an unorganized and forgetful lawyer, and continued to deplete money from the trust (concerning attorney fees) until the very last minute concerning a lawsuit, until settling at the last minute. I sent a certified letter to Fred Hochsztein's law office that was received on May 5, 2025 requesting full disclosure of trust documents that I am entitled to under Florida Statutes Chapter 736 (Florida Trust Code). As of July 3, 2025 I have not received the trust documents I requested as well as a copy of the Last Will and Testament of the person who passed away in 2024. Micah, who recently left a review, is related to me and her review details the lack of professionalism by Fred Hochsztein, who is the trustee of the trust Micah and I are part of. As Micah commented, the only reason I found out about being part of the trust in the first place is that a lawsuit was filed against the trust.
