Fred Hochsztein is the trustee of a trust I am a part of (Jolly was also a nominated trustee). Fred has not once shown me or other parties of the trust the trust documents, despite knowing our address. The trustee before Fred was one of his clients for years, and he was nominated successor of the trust after she passed. He’s at best an unorganized and forgetful lawyer, and continued to deplete money from the trust (concerning attorney fees) until the very last minute concerning a lawsuit, until settling at the last minute.
