Great service from a fantastic team. I was kept in the loop at all stages from purchasing to installation.
I was looking for a portable blind stitch machine, and found Hobkirks most helpful from enquiry to purchase and delivery. They offered in house training on its use, or by FaceTime. When I needed some help, Marcus and Brodie were very supportive and I did eventually go to their showroom and workshop, and David could not have been more helpful. Excellent service from an excellent company, and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
As always great service and help from Mark, Marcus and the team at Hobkirk's. Lewis is a Credit to you as an Installation and Sevrice engineer, with excelent service, and advice on all aspects of embroidery, utilising his experience from the industry. I would recommend Hobkirk's, and Ricoma Embroidery machines to anyone.
I bought the large dress form, not only is the product substantial yet light the quality is amazing, down to the waxed legs that let you slide them in with a firm tap of your hand, no hammer needed, thank you so much, what a treat!
Fabulous shop with lots of choice and friendly helpful staff.
