i got my first rc car in decemeber and they alway helped me out from day one with what i needed i come in now at least once a week and thay always find the part i need and help me repair it really friendly associates and great prices
The owner is very helpful and enthusiastic.. his pricing is competitive unlike other local hobby shops..and was able to put together exactly what i needed...will definitely go here before any others in the charlotte area
Mike is the best! The other staff is very knowledgable and helpful as well. I have not had a single problem that they have not helped me with and taken care of me with a long term customer service view of business. If you want to buy it, put wear and tear on it, and bring it back for a refund... you obviously don't know the R/C world. If it is a bad product Mike is great about making it right. He has for me on multiple visits and I look forward to doing more business with them. You can shop with confidence!
This store is a favorite stop for my whole family. The owner Mike is great and always helps us find what we are looking for and is a great source of advice and knowledge. Take your kids here and let them shop for presents, plenty of stuff for all ages, and all of it is better quality than walmart. Shop with confidence and say hi to Mike!
I have only had good experiences with this HobbyTown location. I have been to the other two in the Charlotte area and neither compares to the one in Monroe. I am greeted by name when I come in the store and no matter how busy they are they find time to address any questions or issues I may be having. The owner, Mike, carries parts for all the products he sells and I have only not been able to find what I need a couple of times.
