I wouldn't recommend these people to anybody they charge $20 just to look at a bike and when I asked them how much it would cost me to change and tire on an e-bike they said 50 bucks!! Outrageous.
I am an avid bike riding enthusiast for 60 years and have bought dozens of bikes in many different places. My experiences with Hobby Wheel have been AWFUL. One sentence summary of Hobby Wheel: Hobby Wheel has a combination of a crooked, lying owner, plus incompetent, lying bike mechanics. What could go wrong? Upon walking in for the first time in years I was greeted with nothing less than helpfulness and smiles. The staff treated me as if I was an old friend. Awesome customer service. The next time I need something outdoor related I will be going there first!
