Hobbys My son and husband go to this store once and a while when they're bored, they say it's a good hobby store, and has many interesting train and airplane models.
RC Parts I have several nitro RC's and also an electric Revo. Driving these requires a lot of maintenance and parts. Colpar's is the place to get both.
Nitro powered what?? When I got my nitro RC truck I wanted it to be more girly :) Steve at the Coplar in Westminster was able to custom paint my body pink and purple! This store, like it's Aurora sister is amazing for ever hobbyist.
Best Kids Birthday Spot + Best Hobby Shop in the Overall Metro Area – We had a great birthday day for my sons 8 year old friends, Colpar Hobbies on S Wadsworth in Lakewood did a fantastic job! I simply mentinoed a week or 10 days before the party the date we'd be in, and when we arrived the "Pirates" gaming table was set up, with a gift bag ffor each kid + balloon! Great customer service, and let's face it, the best hobby shop in the overall area! As a lifetime gamer myself, you can't get any better than this!
Colpar Hobbies This is a medium sized hobby store with lots of models, puzzles, kites, remote cars and trucks and a large dungeons and dragons type room. They have a wide selection of thing but not always the small parts you need for those things. Most of the times you have to wait a while if you need help with something. They get very busy and dont have a large staff.
