The staff here are super helpful and kind, I’m fairly new to building and painting miniatures and the staff were more than happy to give me tips and recommendations on everything I needed help with. They even sold me one of their demo stands after checking that they didn’t have any more in stock for slightly less than the regular price! I finally had the chance to stop by in person while visiting Winnipeg. I've ordered stuff online and was looking forward to checking it out. The staff were super friendly. I've been modeling for a while, but I was buying a "starter" tool kit and they asked if I was just starting out. I could really tell they were going to welcome me to the hobby and possibly share some tips. It felt quite wholesome. Stock was good too. I write reviews to places that stood out the most to me and this place is that. First off, the staff are amazing, very knowledgable and very helpful. They were willing to listen to my situation and recommend products to help me. came back home and the product they recommended worked like a charm. will definitley be coming back. HIGHLY recommend this place
Called it advance to ask about a few products I was looking for, was told they had what I needed or very similar too what I wanted. When I got there the gentleman was very nice and remembered I had called and directed me to everything I was looking for!
