For a Christian organization, Hobby Lobby doesn’t act very Christian. I’ve had several experiences with unpleasant, rude associates and today was no exception. Hobby lobby damaged my print that I wanted then to frame. To get reimbursed, I have to take an invoice to the store which is a total inconvenience. I was told they didn’t have outside email or a fax machine so I have to take it to them. The reimbursement check won’t be here for at least a week after I file a claim and I have to pick it up at their store, complete inconvenience. Then, if I want then to frame it, I have to order a new print and take it the store, another inconvenience and then wait yet again for it to get framed. When I...  more>>

Deborah in Fabric was the kindness employee I have ever met in a craft store. She went above and beyond, it only for me, but also for the other ladies who were nearby as well. Hobby Lobby is having their huge yarn clearance, and she did not mind fielding questions left and right and directing customers to what they needed. Hobby Lobby needs more like Deborah!!!
