a basic understanding of english is required when doing business in an english speaking country. becoming argumentative, then hanging up the phone when you are asked for clarification, then corrected on an obvious point of which you did not understand basic the basic english concept.. stop pretending you understand english, when you do not. its a waste of everyones time.
I purchased shelves for nearly $1,000 in January, but they arrived with missing parts and components that do not fit together. I had a terrible experience with this company and strongly advise against purchasing from them. I ordered shelves for over $700, and their website stated they were in stock. However, after I paid, they informed me they were actually out of stock and that I’d have to wait a long time for delivery. When they finally arrived, they were missing parts. Great products at a competitive price and super helpful team
Can't complain for the price! Pretty good! Lack of instructions for the garage shelving and some spare safety bolts was a bit concerning, but it's pretty self-explanatory. Some of the pieces were scratched out of the box, but whatever, it's going in a garage. They work, hold stuff up, store stuff. What more do you need?
