If I could give 0 stars I would , received my item and it came with no instructions on how to assemble together they send u a you tube video on how someone puts it together which doesn’t explain anything, Asian lady who answers phone is rude hangs up on you and tells you to email everything , also had a damaged light from freight and I’m still waiting to get my new one first she said she sent it and now she hasn’t she is a liar , also charges you Afterpay fees online which ur not allowed to do this has been taken up with aft... read more
a basic understanding of english is required when doing business in an english speaking country. becoming argumentative, then hanging up the phone when you are asked for clarification, then corrected on an obvious point of which you did not understand basic the basic english concept.. stop pretending you understand english, when you do not. its a waste of everyones time.
I purchased shelves for nearly $1,000 in January, but they arrived with missing parts and components that do not fit together. After months of waiting and repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the business has remained unresponsive and unwilling to provide a solution. I had a terrible experience with this company and strongly advise against purchasing from them. I ordered shelves for over $700, and their website stated they were in stock.
