Did a wonderful job fixing our mixer. Took a while since the only person who knew how to fix it is semi-retired.
et me begin by saying these people lie about the times they will show up. If you don't have a contract with them like Wal-Mart you are not getting any service anytime soon. and not to mention if your a minority you will be helped even less. regarded and described as (you people). the people working the office either need to be fired or properly trained.
If I could give negative stars I would the people working there are rude and unprofessional (using terms like )(you people) and telling us fist one mouth .. then one week now we will be waiting forever. And because we call for updates we are (you people) I will be spreading around. (Practically a racist company) I'm a minority..
If you have anything in the kitchen that needs fixing! Call these guys! They know there stuff. Slicers, mixers you name it.
