DO NOT GO HERE! I've been waiting over 8 weeks for my stand mixer to be repaired. I was quoted 1 week. I've called them around a dozen times to check the status and they have been terribly unresponsive. 5-6 times they said they would call me back and never did. They've told me "it'll be ready soon" or "it'll be ready tomorrow" weeks ago. On top of all this, their prices aren't cheap either. I should have repaired it myself or sent it to KitchenAid but I wanted it done faster which obviously isn't the case with Hobart.
Matt the technician is amazing, willing to share knowledge, professional and personable! He gave my business excellent service!
