They were incredibly fast, professional, and repaired everything perfectly. I highly recommend them.
I feel like I was really lucky to find this place! I went in to get my KitchenAid mixer of many years repaired as it had started leaking oil, the dough hook was scraping, and I had heard some bad noises from the motor. I called ahead to make sure that they could work on a non-commercial machine and they said yes they could do it in probably a couple days to a week for $60-120 depending on the issue. DO NOT GO HERE! I've been waiting over 8 weeks for my stand mixer to be repaired. I was quoted 1 week. I've called them around a dozen times to check the status and they have been terribly unresponsive. 5-6 times they said they would call me back and never did. They've told me "it'll be ready soon" or "it'll be ready tomorrow" weeks ago. On top of all this, their prices aren't cheap either. I should have repaired it myself or sent it to KitchenAid but I wanted it done faster which obviously isn't the case with Hobart. Update... read more
