I don't know if all Hobart service shops are this bad or if it's just this one. You are better off trying to fix it yourself. They charged me 4 trip charges to attempt to fix a leak on an 80 qt mixer. First they told me it was overfilled. If it was overfilled, why does the level on the sightglass keep dropping? After 3 techs looked at it they decided it might be the rear seal. No confidence though. Get the bill and it's for over 1000 for a bearing and seal and some oil. $292 dollars for 1.5 hours of diagnostic work and they couldn't fix the problem. I thought kesco was bad but kesco was able to solve my issues in the past and for much less money

I believe the word she was looking for is "Their". Ugh I've used them many times and always receive great service. Most often it's a troubleshoot over the phone, But when they do come out on a service call it's very happy with the level of service I'm given. A+++ Great Job!
